Nature of the service
Sailnboat operates an online marketplace for yacht charter. We are an intermediary: charters are performed by independent, licensed charter operators, each of which is the contracting party for the charter itself. Sailnboat does not own vessels, employ crew or operate marina facilities.
Yacht availability, specifications and prices reach us through licensed charter operators and the booking platforms they distribute through. We name the operator of your yacht in writing once your booking is confirmed.
Consumer dispute resolution
If you have a complaint, write to us first. We answer consumer complaints within 15 days, as Estonian law requires.
If we cannot agree, consumers resident in Estonia may take the matter to the Consumer Disputes Committee (Tarbijavaidluste komisjon) at the Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority: ttja.ee. The procedure is free of charge.
Consumers resident in another EU country, Norway or Iceland can get free help from the European Consumer Centre in their own country: eccnet.eu.
The European Commission's online dispute resolution (ODR) platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025 and no longer accepts complaints. We mention this because links to it are still common on other sites.

Yacht descriptions, specifications, photographs and prices are provided by the charter operators and are reproduced without modification. We take reasonable care to keep this information current but cannot warrant its completeness or accuracy.
