Cancellation & payment
Cancellation policy
Cancellation terms are set by the charter operator. We confirm them for this yacht in writing with your offer, within 48 hours of your request — before any payment.
Split payment
You pay 30% when the booking is confirmed and the balance before check-in. Fees collected by the operator on arrival are listed separately, so nothing is a surprise at the marina.
Security deposit
A refundable deposit of 3,000 EUR is blocked at check-in, or you can pay a non-refundable waiver of 600 EUR instead.
Frequently asked questions
For bareboat charter the skipper on board needs a recognised sailing license and, in most countries, a VHF certificate. If nobody in your group is licensed, book the yacht with a professional skipper.
Charter weeks normally run Saturday to Saturday, with check-in in the afternoon and check-out in the morning at the home base (Grez-Neuville).
Cross-border sailing is often possible with prior notice and additional paperwork. Ask us before booking so the operator can prepare the documents.
Fuel is normally paid on a tank-to-tank basis: you receive the yacht with a full tank and return it full.
