HONU MOANA is a privately owned boat launched in July 2024 in La Rochelle. It is available from February to May 2026 in Bormes-les-Mimosas for day trips for up to 16 passengers (seminars, bachelorette parties, etc.) or for themed weekends (wedding anniversaries, romantic getaways, etc.). It is also possible to charter the boat for a few days. In June, July, August, and September, it is available in Corsica, and from December to April 2027 in the Caribbean for weekly charters. For optimal comfort, you can accommodate up to 7 people. Three double cabins and a converted forward cabin (perfect for teenagers) are available for passengers. Fully equipped, HONU MOANA will be your best companion for extraordinary and unforgettable moments on the water! Life on board is not suitable for young children, who will therefore not be able to come aboard. However, it will be a fantastic experience for teenagers. Cancellation & payment
Cancellation policy
Cancellation terms are set by the charter operator. We confirm them for this yacht in writing with your offer, within 48 hours of your request — before any payment.
Split payment
You pay 30% when the booking is confirmed and the balance before check-in. Fees collected by the operator on arrival are listed separately, so nothing is a surprise at the marina.
Security deposit
A refundable security deposit of 5,000 EUR is taken at check-in.
Frequently asked questions
For bareboat charter the skipper on board needs a recognised sailing license and, in most countries, a VHF certificate. If nobody in your group is licensed, book the yacht with a professional skipper.
Charter weeks normally run Saturday to Saturday, with check-in in the afternoon and check-out in the morning at the home base (Port de Bormes-les-Mimosas).
Cross-border sailing is often possible with prior notice and additional paperwork. Ask us before booking so the operator can prepare the documents.
Fuel is normally paid on a tank-to-tank basis: you receive the yacht with a full tank and return it full.
